I am an embodiment guide with extensive training in erotic connection spiritual development and movement repatterning. Through 1:1 mentorship and group containers, I guide women and men into radical self–intimacy with their bodies, power, relationships, the earth and God. 

I have been teaching and coaching for 10 years, and my clients often say the same things about my work: it’s not easy, but it’s true healing from body to soul. I am relentless in my journey of being a living embodiment of my teachings, and I know the work works.
